When filling up your water glass at the sink, once it's full, take as many gulps as you can immediately and then refill the glass to the top. You'll be hydrating yourself even more without thinking about it.

    GREAT small snack - low calorie, protein - nice any time of day.
Cocopops, made by Wegmans right in the store, no additives - 16 calories EACH.
With a slice of Swiss cheese made with 2% milk - adds 50 calories.
Quite tasty, especially if you let the cheese reach room temp. before devouring...
Maybe not quite as good as emoticon
But it works for me!
