When you empty the mustard jar or bottle, add in some vinegar, olive oil, and herbs of choice and other flavorings, garlic etc....shake and you have a nice fresh vinegarette to use!

I found that eating half a sandwich with a salad at lunch is just as filling as eating a whole sandwich. Now I am saving extra calories by doing so and having a healthier lunch!

I like to have lean shaved turkey with mustard, it is low in fat, and mustard is a great exchange for high calorie mayo!
