Affirmation cards are positive statements sold in a deck. Some like Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, and others write them. They provide positive messages to help redirect our negative ones. I have a variety of decks in different rooms, in my car, etc. and grab them for a few minutes whenever I can.

You can find them on Amazon and Ebay.

There are a variety of great affirmation card decks available from those like Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Iyla Vanzant, etc. Keep the cards by the computer (and other places you frequent), and read a few cards each time you sit to do something on the computer. If you combine reading positive affirmations with activities that you routinely do, you can help yourself form new, positive thought patterns that will enhance the quality of your day.
MORE INFORMATION:
I've bought several different deck of affirmation cards from Ebay and Amazon for very affordable, low prices.
A friend introduced me to Louise Hay. I bought her "You can heal yourself" kit with positive affirmation cards. I use those and some I made myself. I read them 10 times a day to do a "set" of positive affirmations - just like any exercise!
