My gym has both costly registered fitness classes and free drop-in classes. I've found that the drop-in ones are actually MORE motivating! It's often the same core group of people at all the classes, from Aerobics to Zumba, and they'll hold you accountable if you're gone for more than a day or two!

Whenever I feel like I want something sweet but not ready for a snack, I take a water bottle and drill it up with cold water and add a (or two depending on the bottle size) flavored drop-in. The Hawaiian Punch ones are the best - sweet and cooling AND you get your water in!
