When it feels hard my secret is to breathe.
I breathe out all the tension, bad vibes, negativity.
I breathe in positive energy, power, and fresh air!
It is almost as if I am meditating and exercising with breathing! emoticon

    I did this for the first time today. I was subbing in a class with rambunctious 4th graders. I breathed, tapped and accepted my feelings. As I did it, my energy was rising. I wasn't depleted when I left, I felt amazing. I went downstairs and settled for the rest of my day. But it was the breath that did it. Thanks for sharing! - by WRITINGDIVA1
