Embrace Change
I know the only way to get improved results in life is by trying something new and different from the old standard behavior. By changing your mindset, you can accomplish this, embrace a new attitude, it can be uplifting. If you continue to do the same thing and have always done something a certain way...you will always get the same results. Try something different, it can be refreshing and revitalizing!
If you feel like you're getting into a rut with the foods you are eating, try something different. Start small...experiment with a different fruit or veggie one night a week. Before long, you won't be fixing the same old boring food all the time.
