I never realized how much salt is in everything you eat until I started tracking it on SP. Now I find it easy to keep my daily Sodium intake to at or below 2300 mg's daily. I feel this has truly made a difference in losing 10 pounds on SP in the past 3 weeks!!!
Use the nutrition tracker on SP, make sodium one of the nutrients you track. My blood pressure has come down just in the 3 weeks since I started SP, I believe it's due to the reduce sodium intake.
