I have a photo travel mug that I bought at Starbucks. I customize it with my SP wall paper or something else that reminds me to behave, grab it first thing in the morning and sip on it till bedtime.
MORE INFORMATION:
It’s easy to customize using regular paper printed in landscape. Trace the template that comes with the mug, cut it out and voila a little visual motivator.

I purchased a 4 cup mug with a straw. Each day I have a "contest" with myself. I try to empty the mug by Noon...then refill it. I try to empty the mug by 3:00...then refill it at home. I try to empty the mug by 10:00...voila...12 cups of water in for the day!
Put out a huge coffee mug on your counter and every time you want to go out to buy that special cup of coffee, put your money in the mug instead. Either you could save your coffee mug money for an awesome coffee maker or put it in the bank for some healthy groceries or activity. You would be amazed to see how much you save up! 211
Buy yourself a coffee mug to take to the coffee shop if there is a cheaper price for refilling a mug. Panera Bread has a lower price for a refill mug, as do many service stations where coffee is available. The savings really do add up over time.
