  • I was a gallon a week of oil to fry in now I don't fry anything I keep a little olive oil. Every thing is braised, roasted, baked or grilled.
    I like to cut up a few potato's sprinkle with different spices and abt 1/2 TBS to 1 TBS or olive oil stir it all together and pour out on a sheet pan & bake. Also great with most root veggies. - by MARTHAR3
  • That is good advice. I have not purchased cooking oil in over 3 months. I do not have to clean all that splatter from the stove anymore. - by FATFIRL
