You need to trick your body! With nutrition... have two low calorie days and then one high calorie day followed again my two low calorie days and then another high..repeat this process and you should see results. With fitness...interval training will get you results too. Combining both is best.!

  • I can actually feel the need for a high cal day. I get a real hunger that keeps at it! If I stick to healthy food choices, and add about 400 calories, The next day my weight is usually down. By doing this I can avoid actual binges, and my stamina for cardio improves. - by WOOKIE68
  • THIS LOOK GOOD TO ME.

TWO LOW CAL DAYS IS ABOUT ALL I CAN DO. - by LINDAINALABAMA
  • I often go to unplanned meals - which are difficult to plan for. I think the 2 day low cal method is a very good way of motivating me to carry on. Keeping track of cals (as best one can when eating unknown items) also will help to determine how much to decrease for 2 days - by GINNYJ10
  • This sounds like it might work. Thanks! - by JURI62

  • I think I will give this a try. I have been sticking to the lower end of my calore range and have noticed I have lost some energy. I have been stuck at this weight for quite a long while and it is frustrating. I am beginning to think this is where my body wants to be, but then again, thinking positively, I know I can do better. I will try this for the week.
