Don't feel like working out because your favorite show is on? Stand up and do some walking high knees during the program. Walk or do active stretching during commercials. Bam! You've just done a 20+ minute workout!
You can substitute high knees with a circuit of jumping jacks, various kickboxing moves or simply walking with a light set of dumbbells
In 2013 I decided to commit to 100 hikes/ walks ( that doesn't include treadmill time ) for a yearly goal in 2014 ...so far its going great ...in fact I'm thinking of challenging myself to 100 days of doing something new or different like learning to play tennis , kickboxing , or eating fruit etc ...I'm going for 100 day streak :) whatever that may be
