Don't feel like working out because your favorite show is on? Stand up and do some walking high knees during the program. Walk or do active stretching during commercials. Bam! You've just done a 20+ minute workout!

I have found classes that I really enjoy and challenge me. I have started Zumba and Body Attack through Golds. I love Body Combat (Kickboxing) and Body Pump. Going to the gym just the use the machines gets so boring -- but I love going to the classes and the instructors hold me accountable.
