I most the time am very cautious of how I do things and how I eat. Tonight I did not get to eat when I should have so I ate what was fast and it wasn't too bad but I was going to have something much more healthier. I have been staying in because it is so hot but went out after 8 to fix a pole.
The pole is in my hot house and the wind broke it. By the time I was done I was so hot and almost weak because it still was very hot. I came in and got some water and cooled down. This weather has been so hot and hotter weather this weekend 100 +. Hate to think of what our winter is going to be.

We all want that perfect figure, but beating ourself up is no help. Try to lighten up a little. I take my new lifestyle very seriously but if I have something I shouldn't I just try to overcome it, move on and try to make better choices the next time.
The idea is learn from our mistakes and learn to make healthy choices we can live with not to feel deprived and hungry.
