Does anybody have any ideas of things around the house that might weigh 3 or 5 pounds to use for weights? I simply don't have the money to buy them and I want to keep up the regimen I started in PT. Thanks in advance.3034
At 80 calories, 2 grams of fat and 5 grams of fiber this is a great product! In weight watching terms it is 1 pt versus 2 (for other light cottage cheese products) for a 1/2 cup serving. Love it with fresh pineapple or blueberries!
