Asparagus and fresh parsley! These are natural diuretics and they work wonders. I especially fresh asparagus grilled (just have to put it opposite the grill grid, lol). I like the flat leaf parsley better than the curly, much more flavor. Put it on & in everything!
Canned asparagus is great to keep on hand. It works too, but you are gaining a lot of sodium and losing the good fiber. I've been putting parsley on my sandwiches, in my salads, chopped and sprinkled on just about anything.
