This Sparked Me!

The best thing I did was add the category "coffee" to my nutrition coffee (includes cream & sugar). It made me SEE that 1/2 my calories for the day were in the coffee I drink. No wonder I was hungry. What category could YOU add?

    This helped me cut coffee out! I would rather get calories from somewhere else!

    I add everything that I use locally. I was surprise how many of the stuff that I use in the Caribbean can be found on sp website or on calorie count. The nutrition tracker really tells it like it is.

    I LOVE coffee, but actually "seeing" all of the calories and fat helped me adjust! Now, I limit myself to a couple of mugs a day, and use splenda and fat free creamer.

    I think I'll add coffee with 1% milk and 1 sugar.

    I adjusted mine to track my iron since I am anemic. It helps!
