Adding Meals To Your Nutrition Tracker




The best thing I did was add the category "coffee" to my nutrition coffee (includes cream & sugar). It made me SEE that 1/2 my calories for the day were in the coffee I drink. No wonder I was hungry. What category could YOU add?

  • I LOVE coffee, but actually "seeing" all of the calories and fat helped me adjust! Now, I limit myself to a couple of mugs a day, and use splenda and fat free creamer.
