I am surprised by the amount of fat and calories in some of the things that i pick up that I think are good for me. So, take a moment and check the label, is it really worth it.

    Just like journaling what you eat, reading the labels gives you another way to make a conscious decision about your health and your choices. At some point, you will be able to recognize ingredients that are no longer choices you want to make, and pass on those items in favor of a healthier option.
