McDonalds' WildBerry Smoothie tasted like it was made with 80% Yoplait yogurt. Not the good kind. The kind with lots of artificial colors and flavoring. I enjoy my homemade smoothies much more. I know there's no added sugar, and I can pack in as many fresh fruits as I want!

At the top of every hour stop do 25 sit ups and 25 push ups. If you can't do a real push up do the modified ones. This will not only get you into doing some exercise every day but it will also help you to increase the amount of push ups and sit ups you can do. Also helps to add stuff to your Fitness calculator.
I usually buy tons of bananas when I go to the store and chop them up and put them in freezer bags to freeze and have on hand for quick smoothies! I chop them into about 6 pieces each for easy measuring and then I don't have to add ice cream or frozen yogurt to my smoothies because the frozen bananas create the same texture and you save tons of calories this way! Much healthier and so convenient!
