McDonalds' WildBerry Smoothie tasted like it was made with 80% Yoplait yogurt. Not the good kind. The kind with lots of artificial colors and flavoring. I enjoy my homemade smoothies much more. I know there's no added sugar, and I can pack in as many fresh fruits as I want!

I usually buy tons of bananas when I go to the store and chop them up and put them in freezer bags to freeze and have on hand for quick smoothies! I chop them into about 6 pieces each for easy measuring and then I don't have to add ice cream or frozen yogurt to my smoothies because the frozen bananas create the same texture and you save tons of calories this way! Much healthier and so convenient!
Just a quick tip to allow small indulgences without having to avoid the man in your life who likes to always take you out to dinner, or bring home your favorite fruit smoothie from the local ice creamery .
My BF has a habit of picking up fruit smoothies for us when he comes home from playing ball at the YMCA. Instead of refusing his kindness I break the calories down with my $0.69 Popsicle mold from the Dollar tree.
