    The recipe calculator allows you to add all of the ingredients with the quantity, figure the number of servings, and write a quick description of how to make the dish. You can decide if you want to share it with others, but even if you don't share the recipe, it will show up in your recipe box. Then you make the dish, go to the nutrition tracker, select "recipes" and pick the correct one. You can also list if you ate a full or partial serving. This add the information directly into the tracker.

    how do you do that...or did you just mean, i know it is 300 calories so i add 300 calories
