Go outside and play hard with your children for 15, 20 minutes. I know if i chase my toddler around and play, after a few minutes im winded and sweating. Your burning calories and having fun with your babies at the same time!!

    I agree! The other night I was "rolling" with my son on the bed and the next morning I felt muscle tightness in my arms - awesome!!
