Whenever I get a hunger pang, I start by getting a big glass of water to drink. If that doesn't help, chewing a piece of sugar-free gum always help to make the craving go away. It also helps for those times when I just want to eat and use to typically eat junk, like in the car ride on the way into work.

If you are really hungry, why not eat something! The problem is when we choose the wrong things to feed our hunger. Radishes are a great idea. I like to have a cup of hot tea if I feel a bit hungry or anxious and need a little something, but it isnt snack or dinner time.
