Fighting That Hunger Craving...

Whenever I get a hunger pang, I start by getting a big glass of water to drink. If that doesn't help, chewing a piece of sugar-free gum always help to make the craving go away. It also helps for those times when I just want to eat and use to typically eat junk, like in the car ride on the way into work.

  • If you are really hungry, why not eat something! The problem is when we choose the wrong things to feed our hunger. Radishes are a great idea. I like to have a cup of hot tea if I feel a bit hungry or anxious and need a little something, but it isnt snack or dinner time. - by LWYZYKOWSKI
