A vitamin D deficiency is now linked not only to diabetes and heart trouble, but also to depression. If you feel depressed, you probably need B12 and Vitamin D and get 15 minutes of sun per day if you can, or drink 3 - 6 ounce glasses of milk. What you eat can affect mood. Have you doctor check your vitamin D levels.
