I went to the doctor last year to find out that my bad cholesterol was too high. He suggested a handful of almonds a day to bring my cholesterol down.

Accustomed to taking a multi-vitamin each morning, I added 5 almonds to my morning routine. Last month, my cholesterol reflected perfect numbers
