I have been a smoker for about ten years. I also have been a hair puller for about sixteen years. I have decided to quit smoking and that was six days ago. Since I have quit smoking I don't seem to pull my hair that much anymore.

I that the two maybe related my anxiety level as slowed down even though I don't smoke anymore therefore so as the hair pulling.

Good luck. I've been a smoker for so long but I was scared to stop because I thought I would stuff my face with everything I saw, now that I am on my diet and losing weight, I think it's about time I stop as well. Am trying to pick a date to stop. Keep going strong!!!!
