Been doing some experimenting. YUM almond milk, splenda, multigrain cereal spare the banana calories and use banana extract. Frozen banana, almond milk, coconut extract, blend yummy summer drink. They make a butter extract and a butter & nut flavor. A ton others try em out

I take food grade extracts and add a drop or two. EG: Mint extract, Peppermint Extract, Orange Extract, Raspberry extract Find these in the spices aisle of your supermarket. You would normally use them in cooking or baking, but a few drops to your water will make drinking 8+ glasses a day more fun!

If your like me getting 8 glasses in a day is hard, i always feel like water tastes bitter. So heres what i do: I add coconut extract (I love tropical flavors) but you could try others too! theres peppermint extract, Cherry extract, Almond extract etc. It revs up flavor and gives a bit of nutrients. Add a bit of splenda, truvia, agave etc and you have yourself a nice little treat!
