Every time you find yourself reaching for something sweet or fatty, visualise or say your goal instead. Most often than not I dont end up eating the treat. I use the word 'bikini' as my reminder. My work colleagues think it is hilarious but it works!

Whenever I am facing a difficult of challenging time, I visualize something positive... and when it gets harder - I think of this time as a moment to learn about myself from this situation. I think of it as a way to grow and become stronger.
My visualisation anchors are typically a peaceful place I have been or a picture of happy time. I use something meaningful to me.
