POSITIVITY IS A MUST
Be positive, even when you feel it the least. It is absolutely a key to success!!
I have developed a new (and FREE I might add) habit, that motivates me to "get moving". Every morning while blow-drying my hair, brushing my teeth, etc. I march in place. No one else is in my bathroom with me, so i don't care how it looks. If a good song comes on the radio, I do the twist to it335. By starting off each morning "moving", I find I am more motivated to exercise during my day.
