Freezing Soups For Later

I love to cook large batches of soups, whether it's bean soup, chicken and rice, vegetable or stuffed cabbage "stoup" and freeze in individual portions. Then I can grab a bowl out of the freezer to take for work when there's no leftovers. Stops me from making last minute poor choices.

    I use 2 cup plastic bowls with twist lids. Can usually get them in 3 packs for $3.00 at the grocery store, and they are microwave and freezer safe.

    I do the same with soup. I'm the only one in my family who likes soup, so I freeze it in small containers and get to eat it all. It also travels well to work.
