Eat Off A Real Plate!!!

Every time I eat anything, I put it on a real plate whenever possible!

I don't eat out of bags or even the plastic frozen food trays. I keep a real plate at work and I've even stopped using paper plates at home. For me, this makes everything I eat seem more substantial. Plus, washing the plate when I'm finished tells my brain that I'm done eating!

    I also like to use smaller plates (like salad plates) to eat dinner--it helps to limit my portions. Sometimes we use the "big" plates--when I want a lot of salad with my dinner. emoticon
