Eating a salad every day helps me get in my veggies, especially when I add tomato, onion, mushroom, cauliflower, etc. Never wanted to eat one a day in previous weight loss attempts, but I'm okay with it now. Helps the family get in good eating, too. If I make everyone a salad, I get no complaints

    Salad is the "one" veggie both my kids (ages 5 & 10) will eat. So i always have it with every dinner because I know they will eat it. Then I will sneak in other one for them to try but if they don't like it or won't eat at least they will eat their salad.

    good for u , eating healthy is good for u and your health. If u eat health your family will eat healthy.
