When you lose weight, especially if you lose weight quickly, you risk getting saggy skin (just watch a finale of the Biggest Loser.. sad but true).
Instead of risking never being able to wear a sleeveless top (let alone a bikini) because of the excess skin, treat your skin right as you lose. Apply a good lotion (cocoa butter or shea butter is best) at least once a day (twice is better).
While you can't change nature (skin will obviously sag as you age), moisturized skin is pliable skin!
This works the same way that pregnant women apply cocoa butter to prevent stretch marks...
Everyone wants to lose weight, i know. Today, i was complaining about how much i eat and need to cut back, and a total stranger told me, " You look great, be thankful that you even have an appetite to eat, I wish my wife did, but she is dying from cancer".
I know that this comment is not what you expected, but just for today, appreciate the fat that your body embraces, their are people out there with love ones that are dying literally, and the problems that we are complaining about are so minor. Love your body, your stretch marks and your health!!
