Even though my husband has diabetes and I don't,we work as a team when it comes to what and when we eat. It has made his transition to low carb/sugar eating a lot easier and both of us are much healthier because of it. Together we achieve more. What affects one, affects all at our house.

More Information:

We have learned to substitute fruits for sugar snacks, veggies and lean proteins for heavy sandwiches and water for sodas. In the period of 6 weeks, he has gone cold turkey with sugar and soda. I am so very proud of him!!!

  • I'm going to give this a try and see if my husband will eat what I eat. It is very hard sometimes because my husband does not understand about my diabetes. - by PK1947
