While I am waiting on something I dance. I dance while waiting on the microwave, waiting on my kid's bathwater to finish, while washing dishes my legs are dancing, I stand while folding clothes and dance! Dancing lifts your mood and also helps you to get in that secret exercise!! It may look silly, but I know what I am doing it for and it isn't for anyone that may be laughing at me, it is for ME!
Dancing is one of my favorite exercises to do. I love putting on my Elvis CD's or my Toby Keith's CD's or my 50's and 60's music. I danced really fast to them in my livingroom. Besides being a great exercise and a great way to lose weight, dancing makes me feel good about myself.! It is a fun!
