really simple thing to make me focus is silly but i put a chain around my waist and just try to remember not to break the chain. i like to put danglies on them for looks but it just keeps me aware so i consiously hold myself better and eat better 24
I know this seems a little juvenile but I've seen it as a good motivator for my patients that are stuck in the hospital on bedrest for a long period of time. Make a paper chain of the pounds you want to lose....as you lose a pound..remove a chain and you can see you chain getting shorter and you getting closer to your goal!104
