If you haven't eaten dinner and it is late e.g after 9pm, hold off eating until the morning. Otherwise the food will just sit in your tummy. Also, it will save you a few calories.

    The food doesn't sit anywhere, the body digests it like normal, the only thing you need to consider when eating late is your BMR tends to slow down during the day so it takes longer to work it off, this might disturb your sleep, thus preventing you from getting the correct amount of quality sleep.

    I don't agree with this. The food won't sit in your tummy, it'll still be digesting ever when you're sleeping. Never skip a meal. Maybe don't eat as huge as a meal, but eat something.
