Whenever I can, I get up and drink a pint of water before working out and a pint of water afterwards. That's 4 cups - half the daily suggested amount - consumed before breakfast!

    I can drink lots of water exept now that it is winter it is hard and have to push myself, but I drink lots of green tea!
