The overview is usually the first result,& once you click on that, you can click on any strategy that interests you- all are listed in the overview

Today I went to my Spark Roots. I started by going to my original blogs and reviewing them. Then I went to my original goodies and reviewed who encouraged me at my beginnings. I'll send some goodies. I'll go to my past comments to me for some history. 252
My daughter who is 18 is probably in the obese category. I have asked her directly to take a look at SparkTeen but she refuses. What I realized is that the indirect approach seems to have more effect. I make sure to track when she is in the room. I measure my food and she notices because we are often in the kitchen together. Slowly I hope to show good habits, be available for questions and stoke that slow burning fire so that when she is ready she will have the tools and information available.
