At work, sometimes, 5 hours can slip away while sitting at the desk. I set a reminder in my calendar for every hour. I walk up three flights of stairs and back down to the main floor where I am. I carry something in my hands, folder, briefbag etc. so I look busy. I have gotten up to 2 x each day
