cravings getting the best of you,? Before you reach for that comfort food grab a carrot or apple, if possible wait until you've eaten your 5 servings of fruits/veggies , They provide bulk and will reduce your desire.

More Information:

Often when we binge all needed foods get set aside causing us to continue to binge do to empty stomachs, and fluctuating sugar levels.

    My husband has been on vacation this week and doing things in our home and we found ourselves eating more, even though we are working harder to get a little excercise and putting ourselves to good use, anyway...starting back on fruit and veggies today! - by SOPHIETR
  • I did this yesterday. I ate a whole pint of blueberries stirred into 2 cups of yogurt, half as a snack before dinner and the other half as dessert after dinner. When I ate the second half I almost dished up some ice cream but decided to eat the berries and yogurt instead and then I was full of good food instead of ice cream which for me is a food I need to avoid. emoticon - by TEDDYTEDDY
