Keep some exercise gadgets in the living room as a reminder to get moving while watching t.v. I have a mini stair stepper and step bench that I use all the time! Plus they are less noisy then my treadmill!

Saludos.

This works. I keep my stuff in a corner in the living room. For me sometimes it's out of sight out of mind. This way it's always in sight and I don't forget to get in my strength training.

This does work. I do my strength training in the morning because everything is right there for me.
