I ended up with too many things listed under snacks so I made some more meal categories which helps identify which meals were not enough and ended up in snacking. For example I could see that mid afternoon is a big culprit so i am going to try and have a more sustaining lunch

If you are like me, some days you just eat worse than other days. In order to keep track of how much JUNK I'm eating, I made a meal category called "Junk Food" and I put all sweets, chips, etc there, regardless of what time of day I eat them. That way all non-food is in one place and I can see how MUCH of it I've consumed in a day. If I start to binge out on any one day, I can easily see how "out of control" I"m letting it get.
