Ever forget to remove your eye makeup before swimming? Yikes!!
On days when I forget to ditch the mascara and eyeliner and don't have makeup remover with me, a little dab of hair conditioner on a tissue worked amazingly well. It cut right right through the mascara and eyeliner. It worked so well, I might actually stop using more expensive removers altogether!
When starting to feel your goal is far away or unreachable, or you just don't want to do something you should, find a motivational song and play it a few times a day when the going seems tough. It gives you that boost you need both emotionally and mentally. Be unstoppable (that's the song I like--You're Unstoppable). GO FOR IT!!
There's always putzy stuff to do around the house - Make a list of all those little things and then refer to them when you feel like snacking: Brush the dog, organize/clean out the refrigerator or cupboards, empty the dishwasher, vacuum out the car, pull those pesky weeds out from the rocks around the tree, change the cat litterbox, plan next week's meals, clean your jewelry, sharpen your eyeliner pencils, straighten that pile of sweaters that fell over in the closet... All that silly stuff!
