    I agree with this healthy way of ridding ourselfs of unwanted water retention.
I have found that celery,celery seed,asparagus, and cider vinegar,
all have a role to play in this.
It is much easier, and of course healthier, for us to use natural diuretics such as these.

    I need something else other than celery...I'm allergic, but I eat parsley (tabouli) does that work too?
