I am very poor at journaling , but I have found a great use for my Sparkpeople journal. As I surf the Pages, Blogs, etc. I often find things that touch my heart, and I want to keep. I copy them onto my journal for future re-reads since your collected wisdom is so much better than mine alone.

I was doing very well with SP a while back but due to circumstances I let things slide. It took a while but now I'm back on track because I make sure to log in every day. I track my food and exercise faithfully. And I have been getting great support from my fellow SP team mates. 224
I try to use all the great resources that SP has to offer, trackers, SP teams, recipes, articles, etc.
Blogs are a great way to get some of your thoughts together and share them with others. But when you want to journal thoughts and feelings you want to keep private using the journal in the Planner section is a great place to do that. You can mark that as private, and then still be able to use it for very personal or private writing and blogs for things you are willing to share with yoiur friends and others.
Whether your use an online journal or the old fashion pen and paper, it is the one thing I have done faithfully for the past two years. And with great success. Old fashion journal - has my work schedule, work notes, workout program for the day, food journal, workout results, great quotes, etc.
The best thing! It is all in one place and easy to find. The coolest thing I have learned from this is finding out how much I have improved on cardio and lifting. Where a lift program 6 weeks ago had my heart in a high range for 30 mins. - it is now only in that range for 10 mins. Up the weights
