Develop a different attitude to make better choices.
Many of my diabetic friends seem to try to placate their sweet tooth. They try to find things that taste sweet but won't raise their blood sugar. My focus has to been to re-educate my palate to enjoy the right kinds of foods that will enhance my health.
Staying positive or becoming a positive person is only a decision away. If you are a positive person, then it is pretty easy to stay upbeat. Life can drag you down rather quickly so you have to guard your mind.
