I try to start every day by completing all the steps necessary to earn at least 60 sparkpoints. This means I track my food for the day, my exercise, read my spark emails, explore secrets, answer trivia questions, read the insider, and post my blog. This gets my day started off in the right direction - toward my goals...and gives me something to live up to!
