I love morning workouts; however, sometimes I find myself tired and unmotivated to push myself to high intensity in the mornings. A few weeks ago I found out that my gym had 5:45 am spinning classes. I have started going every Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings and LOVE IT!
I can get my heart rate up and burn between 700-800 calories in a 50 minute session. The best part about it is that I don't have to be wide awake because someone else is calling all the shots for me. Before I know it my morning workout is complete!
