I love morning workouts; however, sometimes I find myself tired and unmotivated to push myself to high intensity in the mornings. A few weeks ago I found out that my gym had 5:45 am spinning classes. I have started going every Mon, Wed, and Fri mornings and LOVE IT!
I can get my heart rate up and burn between 700-800 calories in a 50 minute session. The best part about it is that I don't have to be wide awake because someone else is calling all the shots for me. Before I know it my morning workout is complete!

I like the "NEW" feature [at least it is new to us "old-timers"~ SParkers who have been on at least a year] of getting to spin the wheel twice. I noticed that if I want to spin quickly, I can tap my point total DIRECTLY instead of going all the way down the list to "another spin" and it will allow me to take my second spin right then. May not be much of a secret, but saving every minute on SP so I can do something else like chatting with my friends about the latest Cricut -licious swap...
