spaghettini.} I knew I had not had much protein that day so I ordered the grilled chicken strips with the meal.That is EATING ON PURPOSE! Protein & folate are areas in my diet I regularly lack enough of,so eating on purpose fulfills getting the right amount of nutrients I need.

    It's really an eye opener to see how what you're eating affects the nutrition you're getting. I find I'm paying more attention to the protein values emoticon
    since I seem to have no trouble at all with the carbohydrates!
