    Since I'm retired, I find that working out mid-day gives me the morning for doing computer work and the afternoon for household chores. It's a nice rhythm for me. - by VAINVT

  • I find morning exercise at home incredibly difficult, but fine later on - weirdly, before I go to bed. Boy do I sleep well! However, if I go to the gym early in the morning, I'm fine - something to do with being in a dedicated place. As soon as I open the door I'm away, working out with or without the personal trainer, giving it my all.

    Everyone's different, I suppose - whatever works best, just as long as we MOVE!
