Cooking early in the morning. After I have my early morning workout and breakfast. I start cooking dinner. I get all of my prep work done ,chopping slicing, dicing,etc. Make salad ,put roast in the oven whatever. At dinner time all I have to do is heat and eat.
Make breakfast and lunch something that's not cooked and you won't feel like you spend your life in the kitchen.
I have found that when I have a date to meet a friend at the gym or to go running, I have to be there. This especially works for early morning workouts, as I don't want to wake them or their spouses up to cancel, and I won't just not show.
