This Sparked Me!

I have never been a breakfast eater. Now that I am trying to get on track with weight loss, I find that missing this meal SERIOUSLY hurts my calorie intake. This week I have already made spinach and egg white omelets and put them in baggies ready to heat in the morning. WIN for me this week! emoticon

    for 2 years now,Ive been eating breakfast w/ such a major impact in my life!-energy-being full, not "picking"- all around, its a good thing!
