Lo-Cal And Healthy Frozen Snack!!

When I'm in the mood for something cold and sweet, instead of ice cream or sugar laden popsicles, I eat frozen grapes. When I get home from the grocery store, I take half of the grapes I've bought and put them into mini ziploc bags (20 in each) and throw them into the freezer.

MORE INFORMATION:
Each bag of frozen grapes is only about 40 calories with less than a gram of fat. You also get a serving of fruit as a bonus!
